| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice zavedení outsourcingu, která je v dnešní době velice aktuálním tématem. Outsourcing IS/ICT může společnostem poskytnout celou řadu konkurenčních výhod. Cílem práce je navrhnout zavedení procesu outsourcingu ve vy-brané organizaci. Za účelem splnění cíle je bakalářská práce rozdělena do třech kapitol, při-čemž první kapitola shrnuje teoretická východiska nutná pro pochopení problematiky proce-su outsourcingu, v této kapitole je prozkoumán postup a jednotlivé fáze procesu outsourcin-gu. Ve druhé a třetí kapitole se zaměřuji na praktické využití outsourcingu vybraného proce-su. Na začátku se věnuji analýze a hodnocení současného stavu procesů vybrané společnosti, dále na základě výsledku hodnocení současného stavu se pokusím navrhnout vhodné out-sourcingové řešení pro vylepšení procesu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the process of outsourcing. Outsourcing IS/ICT can provide companies with a number of competitive advantages. The aim of this thesis is to suggest an outsourcing solution for a chosen process in the organization. The first chapter of this pa-per summarizes the theoretical background of outsourcing processes and then analyzes the steps needed in order to conduct the outsourcing process. The second chapter examines the current situation at the company and presents an analysis and evaluation of the process to be outsourced. The third chapter provides recommendations for outsourcing the chosen process, and how to make the chosen process more efficient through outsourcing. |
