| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zlepšením efektivity strojního zařízení v konkrétní společnosti. K dosažení zlepšení procesu jsou využity principy Lean Managementu a metodika DMAIC, která pomocí logických kroků řeší problém, kterým je nízká efektivita CNC soustruhů, konkrétně se jedná o nízký poměr mezi výrobním a disponibilním časem. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu prostojů a jejich kořenových příčin, zavedení opatření pro jejich eliminaci a následné zvýšení celkové efektivity zařízení. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of this master´s thesis is improving efficiency of machinery in a specific company. To reach the improvement of the process key principles of Lean management and DMAIC method, which solve the problem with logical chronological steps, are used. The main problem is low efficiency of CNC lathe, specifically it is low ratio between manufacture and available time. The thesis is focused on the analyse of idle time and their root causes, installation of improvement and then increase of overall equipment effectiveness. |
