| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu společnosti Patron finance, s.r.o. Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu společnosti Patron finance, s.r.o a ověření ekonomické životaschopnosti projektu. Dílčím cílem práce je popsat nový přístup k podnikání a dát jej do kontrastu s klasickým přístupem k podnikání. Vzhledem ke vhodnosti aplikace nového přístupu k podnikání na začínající podnik bude podnikatelský plán doplněn o metodické pomůcky lean startupu. V praktické části bude rovněž provedena analýza získaných dat z reálné marketingové kampaně a výstupy budou dále využity v rámci finančního plánu podniku, kde budou uvedeny plánované výkazy zisků a ztrát, rozvahy a výkazy cash flow ve dvou variantách. Závěrem bude zhodnocen potenciál tohoto projektu na základě informací z podnikatelského plánu. |

| Abstract: | This Master thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for the company Patron finance. The aim of this thesis is elaboration of the business plan for the company Patron finance and verification of the economic viability of the project. Partial aim is to describe a new approach to entrepreneurship and compare it with the classical approach. It is appropriate to apply a new approach to entrepreneurship on new business, so the business plan will be completed with methodical aids of lean startup. In the practical part will be done an analysis of the collected data from real marketing campaign and the outcomes will be used in the financial plan, where will be listed profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement in two possible variants. Potential of this project based on the informations from the business plan will be evaluated at the end of this thesis. |
