Diplomová práce je zaměřená na studium rovnováhy mezi pracovním a osobním životem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy související s harmonizací osobního a pracovního života, popisuje příčiny vzniku pracovně-rodinného konfliktu. Vymezená stránka rodinného a osobního života. Dále je uvedená role zaměstnávajících organizaci ve vztahu práce-soukromí a představeno srovnání opatření využívaných v České republice a v ostatních zemích Evropské unie.Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu provedených výzkumů. Byly provedeny kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkumy. Kvantitativní výzkum byl proveden metodou dotazníkového šetření. Kvalitativní výzkum měl formu individuálního osobního rozhovoru. Součástí práce také hypotézy. Na závěr stanovené hypotézy budou potvrzený nebo vyvracený. |

| Abstract: |
The Diploma Thesis is focused on the study of the balance between work and personal life. The Thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part defines the basic terms related to the harmonisation of personal and working life, describes the causes of the work-family conflict. This part also considers the difference of family and personal sides of life and the influence of the employer on the employee’s division of life. To show the importance of the topic, there is a comparison of the measures implemented in Czech Republic and other countries of the European Union.The practical part is focused on the analysis of the performed researches. Quantitative and qualitative research has been done. Quantitative research was conducted using a questionnaire survey method. Qualitative research has the form of an individual personal interview. The Thesis also includes hypotheses. In conclusion, the hypothesis will be confirmed or defeated. |
