| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelenou představu o zdrojích neziskové organizace se zaměřením na divadelní prostředí v České republice. Mezi dílčí cíle této práce náleží identifikace a analýza zdrojů neziskové organizace na příkladu Městského divadla v Mladé Boleslavi a zhodnocení fungování této organizace i do budoucnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny teoretické znalosti o neziskovém sektoru se zaměřením na právní českou formu divadel, způsoby jejich financování a vymezení technik finanční analýzy. Úvod praktické části je tvořen z představení analyzovaného divadla, vymezení jeho právní formy a organizační struktury. Následně dochází k analýze a vyhodnocení finančního zdraví Městského divadla Mladá Boleslav a porovnání s konkurencí. Praktická část je zakončena celkovým zhodnocením, souhrnem získaných poznatků a předložení návrhů pro případné zlepšení řízení a procedur u mladoboleslavského divadla. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive idea of non-profit organization sources focusing on the theatrical environment in the Czech Republic. The partial goals of this thesis include the identification and analysis of sources of non-profit organizations on the example of the Municipal Theater in Mladá Boleslav and assessing functioning of this organization in the future. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the theoretical knowledge about the non-profit sector focusing on the legal form of theatres in the Czech Republic, methods of their funding and definition of financial analysis techniques. The introduction of the practical part consists the description of analyzed theater, definition of its legal form and organizational structure. Subsequently, there are analysis and evaluation of the financial situation of the municipal theater in Mladá Boleslav and comparison with competitors. The practical part is completed by an overall evaluation, a summary of the acquired knowledge and proposals for possible improvements of management and procedures at the Mladá Boleslav Theater. |
