| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice ohrožených památek v České republice a možnostem jejich obnovy. Popisuje práva a povinnosti vlastníků a podrobněji se věnuje dotační politice státu, veřejné správy a neziskového sektoru. Následná analýza Seznamu ohrožených památek rozděluje tyto objekty podle vlastnictví, doby vzniku, stavu památky a procesu obnovy. V závěru jsou rozpracovány příklady ohrožených památek s důrazem na jejich obnovu a návrh jejich využití v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s Thesis deals with the problems of endangered monuments in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of their renewal. It describes the rights and obligations of the owners and deals more closely with the state subsidies, public administration and the non-profit sector. Subsequent analysis of the List of Endangered Monuments distributes these objects by ownership, time of origin, condition of the monument, and the recovery process. At the end, examples of endangered monuments are elaborated with an emphasis on their restoration and their proposal for the future use. |
