| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je analýza podnikatelské příležitosti v podobě služby na sdílení elektrických skútrů v Praze a posouzení jejího potenciálu. V teoretické části se zabývám nástrojem Lean Canvas a teorii kvalitativního rozhovoru. V praktické části představuji několik sérií rozhovorů, na základě nichž jsem provedl závěrečné ohodnocení. V práci jsou prezentovány výsledky z rozhovorů s aktivními uživateli obdobné služby v Berlíně, rozhovory s potenciálními zákazníky o problému dopravy v Praze a diskuze nad navrhovaným business modelem s experty z podnikové praxe. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the entrepreneurial opportunity in the form of electric scooter sharing service in Prague and to assess its potential. In the theoretical part I deal with Lean Canvas tool and the theory of qualitative interview. In the practical part I present several series of interviews, on the basis of which I made a final evaluation. The paper presents the results of interviews with active users of similar service in Berlin, interviews with potential customers about mobility problems in Prague and discussion of the proposed business model with experts from business environment. |
