| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu fungování hotelu a vypracováním podnikatelského plánu pro rozšíření ubytovacích kapacit. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se specifiky ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení, na které navazuje obsah a struktura podnikatelského plánu, jehož realizace je předmětem praktické části diplomové práce. Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro potenciální rozšíření ubytovacích kapacit již existujícího hotelu a vyhodnocení realizovatelnosti záměru včetně stanovení doby návratnosti investice. |

| Abstract: | Master’s thesis discusses analysis of actual situation of hotel and deal with developing business plan for extension accommodation capacities. The theoretical part explains specifications of accommodation and restaurant companies. After that follows detailed structure of business plan, which realisation is a subject of practical part. The main aim of master’s thesis is to set up a business plan for potential extension of accommodation capacities of existing hotel and evaluate the profitability and feasibility of the project including the payback period of investment. |
