| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán půjčovny lyží, která bude fungovat formou online prodeje. Teoretická část se věnuje obecnému pojetí podnikatelského plánu a rozboru jeho jednotlivých částí, které je možné pro daný projekt aplikovat. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní postup založení a provozování půjčovny lyží. Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení plného podnikatelského plánu pro online půjčovnu Skiline a ověření rentability projektu. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this diploma thesis is a business plan for a ski rental (store, small business), which will be online based. The theoretical part deals with the general concept of the business plan and further analysis of its individual parts that can be applied to this project. The practical part focuses on a specific procedure for establishing and operating ski rentals. The purpose of the diploma thesis is to prepare a full business plan for the Skiline online rental. Furthermore this diploma thesis will figure out whether the given business plan is profitable. |
