| Abstract: | V dnešní době se nové technologie neustále vyvíjí a zdokonalují, v této souvislosti se již několik let hovoří o čtvrté průmyslové revoluci. Stejně jako předcházející revoluce, i tato bude mít bezesporu podstatný vliv na trh práce. Práce bude mít za účel poskytnout čtenáři všeobecný přehled o Průmyslu 4.0, technologiích s ním souvisejících a principech, na kterých stojí, stejně tak jako zhodnotit, jaké změny může zavedení principů Průmyslu 4.0 v podnicích přinést a jak se tyto změny promítnou do struktury zaměstnanců. To bude zjišťováno prostřednictvím výzkumů již proběhlými, které budou porovnány s vlastním výzkumem, kterého se účastnili experti z oblasti lidských zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays, new technologies are constantly evolving and improving. In this context, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is current topic for a number of years. Just like the previous revolutions, this will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the labor market and this Master thesis will aim to provide the reader with a general overview of Industry 4.0, related technologies, principles, assessment of changes which can Industry 4.0 bring to business world and how these changes will be reflected in the employee structure. This will be gathered through ongoing researches, which will be compared with own research with participation of human resources experts. |
