Z výzkumu vyplynul nutný posun v postoji k celoživotnímu vzdělávání a současné i předpokládané trendy na trhu práce v České republice. |

Abstract: | The thesis charts the changes that are expected in personnel-related areas of businesses due to the introduction of elements and principles of the fourth industrial revolution. The thesis is based on secondary analysis of current literature sources and mainly on a unique qualitative research with the participation of leading HR managers. The attitude of the companies and institutions towards the current technological progress was established based on eight focus groups with those experts and the competencies that are going to be important in the future were specified, most of which were so-called „soft skills”. The research showed that a change in the attitude towards life-long learning is necessary and the trends for the present and future of the job market in Czech Republic were also determined. Based on this research, recommendations were created both for the businesses and the individuals. |
