| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou stavu projektové kanceláře ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit stav projektové kanceláře za pomocí modelu zralosti a na základě výsledků modelu doporučit řešení návrhem projektu. V teoretické části se autor zabýval vymezením pojmů s využitím odborné literatury. Metodologická část práce je ovlivněna strukturou modelu zralosti, který klade konkrétní nároky na to, jak mají vypadat vstupy. Na základě toho autor využil metody standardizovaného dotazování, etnografického pozorování a analýzy interních dokumentů společnosti provedenou autorem pro účely modelu zralosti P3M3. Model zralosti byl vybrán s ohledem na oblast, ve které společnost působí. V praktické části je na základě definovaných pojmů a představených metod aplikován model zralosti P3M3. Autor na základě analýzy výsledků modelu zralosti překládá celkem 6 návrhů v konkrétních oblastech řízení projektů a lidských zdrojů. Mezi doporučené návrhy patří aktualizace projektové směrnice společnosti, vytvoření mapy procesů a systematické získávání zpětné vazby od zákazníků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on status analysis of PMO in a chosen company. The main goal of this research is to define the status of the PMO by using a maturity model. The results from the maturity model give an overview of next steps that should help the PMO to improve or develop further. In the first part of work the author explains the main concept of the company and maturity model based on the literature review. The methodology used in this paper was influenced mainly by the structure of the maturity model which gives detailed instructions what the inputs should be. Therefore there were deep interviews and document analysis populated by the author for the need of the maturity model. The maturity model was chosen P3M3 due its fit for the segment of the specified company. In the practical part of the paper the author shows the inputs and results of the maturity model P3M3. Based on these results the PMO analysis is conducted. Author then presents 6 proposals in the project management and human resources areas for improvement. Those proposals are ready made for the chosen company and include proposals such as updating the project guidelines, creating map of processes and collecting systematic feedback from customers. |
