| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a strukturou financování českého zdravotnictví od roku 1998 do roku 2017. Cílem je zpracovat ucelený přehled financování zdravotní péče v České republice. V teoretické části jsou autorem zpracovány základní pojmy týkající se zdravotní péče a definovány jednotlivé typy zdravotních systémů a modely financování. Dále je popsán historický vývoj, proběhlé reformy a budoucí koncepce politických stran v České republice. V praktické části jsou zkoumány výdaje na zdravotní péči s důrazem na rozlišení soukromých a veřejných výdajů. Je definována role zdravotních pojišťoven a analyzována nákladovost jednotlivých sekcí zdravotnictví. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis inquires the development and the structure of funding Czech health system from 1998 to 2017. The aim is to provide comprehensive survey of funding Czech health system. In the theoretical part, the author describes basic terms related to health care and defines specific types of health care systems and models of funding. Furthermore, the historical development, the reforms executed, and the future conceptions of political parties in the Czech Republic are described. In the practical part, the expenditures on health care, with the stress on differentiation between private and public expenditures, are examined. The role of health insurance companies is defined and costs of particular sections of health care are analyzed. |
