| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje situaci sociálního bydlení a bytového zabezpečení nízkopříjmových domácností, a to jak v celé České republice, tak konkrétně ve městě Příbram. V první části práce poskytuji teoretický základ pro zvolené téma. Snažím se přiblížit fungování trhu s bydlením, bytové politiky a v neposlední řadě sociálního bydlení v České republice, přičemž představím i základní myšlenku Koncepce sociálního bydlení České republiky 2015-2025. Druhá část začíná stručným představením domovního a bytového fondu a programy pro podporu bydlení nízkopříjmových domácností v České republice. Větší pozornost ovšem věnuji přímo městu Příbram, kde podrobně popisuji hlavně možnosti bytového zabezpečení nízkopříjmových domácností a informace se snažím upřesnit i rozhovory s vybranými zaměstnanci města. V závěru práce za použití SWOT analýzy poukazuji na největší problémy města v této oblasti a navrhuji jejich možná řešení. Dle mého výzkumu mezi problémy patří místní ubytovny, nedostatek bytů ve vlastnictví města, vysoká nezaměstnanost a starý domovní fond. Kladně naopak hodnotím vytvoření systému prostupného bydlení v Příbrami a funkci Centra sociálních a zdravotních služeb. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis analyzes situation of social housing and housing security for low-income households both in the whole Czech Republic and specifically in the town of Příbram. In the first part of the bachelor thesis I provide a theoretical basis for topic, which I have chosen. I try to approach the functioning of the housing market, housing policy and, last but not least, social housing in the Czech Republic, while introducing the basic idea of the Concept of Social Housing of the Czech Republic 2015-2025. The second part begins with a brief presentation of the housing and housing stock and housing support programs for low-income households in the Czech Republic. However, I pay more attention to the town of Příbram, where I describe in detail the housing possibilities of low-income households and I am trying to refine information using conversations with selected employees of the city. At the end of my work I use SWOT analysis to highlight the biggest problems of this city and suggest possible solutions. According to my research, problems include local hostels, a lack of housing owned by the city, high unemployment and an old home fund. On the contrary, I appreciate the creation of a system of permeable living in Příbram and the function of the Center for Social and Health Services. |
