| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce analyzuje stav českého zdravotnictví. Analýza se zaměřuje na období od roku 2005 do roku 2016.V první části práce jsou popsány základní teorie potřebné k pochopení fungování zdravotnictví a popsaní možných způsobů jeho financování. V praktické části jsou potom popsány celkové výdaje na zdravotnictví a detailně rozebrány jednotlivé subjekty, které nejvýznamněji vstupují do systému a ovlivňují ho. Mezi tyto subjekty patří zdravotní pojišťovny, nemocnice a domácnosti. Cílem práce bylo najít nedostatky v rámci financování a fungování jednotlivých subjektů a posoudit dopady jednotlivých reforem, které byly v tomto období prováděny. Mezi hlavní nedostatky patří zavádění opatření bez dlouhodobého cíle a neustálé měnění jednotlivých opatření. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis analyzes the state of the Czech health care system. The analysis focuses on the period from 2005 to 2016. The first part of the thesis describes the basic theories needed to understand the functioning of health care and to describe possible ways of its financing. In the practical part are described the total expenditures for the health care and the individual subjects that most significantly enter the system and influence it. These include health insurers, hospitals and households. The aim of the work was to find shortcomings in the financing and functioning of individual entities and to assess the impacts of individual reforms that were carried out during this period. The main shortcomings include the introduction of measures without a long-term goal and the constant change of individual measures. |
