| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza trhu a vytvoření strategie pro uvedení nového neuromonitoru Lavina na český trh se zdravotnickou technikou. První části práce popisují aktuální stav trhu, vysvětlují základní pojmy neuromonitorizace a popisují použitou metodiku včetně argumentace pro její použití. Praktická část práce analyzuje vnější prostředí trhu, bezprostřední okolí a vnitřní prostředí společnosti, která byla vybrána pro prodej přístroje. Součástí je nákladová analýza a analýza technických parametrů přístroje Lavina a konkurenčních přístrojů. Výstupem práce je očekávaný životní cyklus přístroje, strategie pro jeho efektivní prodej a analýza silných a slabých stránek produktu a společnosti. Výsledná strategie je znázorněna formou schématu, které popisuje priority a časovou posloupnost jednotlivých činností. V závěru jsou uvedeny poznatky z klinického testovaní přístroje a aplikace vypracované strategie pro uvedení neuromonitoru Lavina na český trh. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is market analysis and strategy for launching a new neuromonitor Lavina on the medical Czech market. The first part of the thesis describes the current state of the market, explains the basics of neuromonitorization and describes the used methodology. The practical part analyzes the external environment of the market, the immediate environment and the internal environment of the company that has been selected for the sale of the device. The thesis includes cost analysis and analysis of technical parameters of Lavina device and competing devices. The output of the thesis is the expected life cycle of the devices, strategies for its effective sales and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the device and the company. The resulting strategy is illustrated in the form of a diagram that describes the priority and time sequence of each activity. In conclusion the findings from the clinical testing of the devices and the application of developed strategy for launching the neuromonitor Lavina are presented. |
