| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice non-compliance u pacientů s diagnózou diabetesmellitus 2. typu. Jejím cílem je zmapovat, na jakých faktorech závisí noncompliancepacientů s diabetes mellitus 2. typu a zjistit očekávání a priority pacientů.Teoretická část se se zabývá základním popisem nemoci diabetes mellitus. Následuječást věnovaná problematice non-compliance, členění, formám, příčinám,zjišťování míry non-compliance, faktorům, které non-compliance ovlivňují, důsledkůma možnostem jak non-compliance účinně snížit.Na teoretickou část navazuje aplikační část, která analyzuje problém non-complianceu pacientů s diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Výzkum proběhl dotazníkovou formouv ordinacích 3 lékařů a formou osobních rozhovorů s vybranými non-compliance pacienty.Provedeným kvantitativním výzkumem bylo prokázáno, že pohlaví, vzdělání anivěk nemají vliv na non-compliance pacienta a že non-compliance pacienta závisí nadélce léčby, počtu dalších souvisejících onemocnění a množství užívaných léků.Z rozhovorů s pacienty vyplynulo, že by bylo vhodné zlepšit vztah lékaře a pacienta,zaměřit se na především dostatečnou informovanost pacienta a prvotní edukacidoplnit o možnost absolvování skupinových edukací, které by se měly pravidelněopakovat.Závěr na základě získaných informací shrnuje situaci problému non-compliance,snaží se určit okolnosti, které mají vliv na ochotu pacientů spolupracovat a svýmivýsledky se snaží přispět ke zlepšení compliance pacienta. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with non-compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Its aim is to map out the factors that depend on the non-compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to determine patients' expectations and priorities. The theoretical part deals with the basic description of diabetes mellitus. The following part deals with non-compliance, disaggregation, forms, causes, non-compliance measurement, the factors that affect the non-compliance and the consequences and possibilities of effectively reducing non-compliance. The theoretical part is followed by application part, which analyzes the problem of non-compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The research was conducted by means of a questionnaire in offices of three different physicians and by personal interviews with selected non-compliance patients. Quantitative research has shown that gender, education, or age has no effect on patient compliance and that the patient's non-compliance depends on the duration of treatment, the number of other related diseases and the amount of medication used. From interviews with patients, it appeared that it would be advisable to improve the relationship between the doctor and the patient, focusing primarily on the patient's adequate awareness and the initial education to complement the possibility of attending group education, which should be repeated on a regular basis. The conclusion, based on the information gathered, summarizes the situation of the problem of non-compliance, tries to determine the circumstances that influence the patient's willingness to cooperate and tries to contribute to the patient's compliance with its results. |
