| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké determinanty určují úrokové sazby hypotečních úvěrů v České republice a posoudit dopad zpřísnění regulace hypotečního trh Českou národní bankou. K tomu byla použita regresní analýza panelových dat čtyř druhů hypotečních úvěrů rozdělených podle délky fixace úrokových sazeb. Použitá data pochází z Českého statistického úřadu a z veřejné databáze ARAD, které je součástí informačního servisu České národní banky. Data sledují období od ledna 2013 do června 2017. Výsledky potvrzují převažující vliv determinantů definující nabídku hypotečních úvěrů. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to discover, which factors determines interest rates values for mortgages is Czech republic and to judge the effect of increase mortgage market regulation by Czech national bank. The regress analysis of four types of panel data devided by the lenght of interest rate fixation was used to reach this goal. The data used come from Czech statistical office a public ARAD database, which is part of Czech national bank information sytem. The analyzed data set tracks the period from January 2013 to June 2017. The results confirm predominant influence of determinants defining supply of mortgage loans. |
