| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu, který slouží jako podklad pro založení sociálního podniku. Práci tvoří část teoretická, metodika práce a praktická část. Teoretická část práce se věnuje struktuře podnikatelského plánu, jeho významu a doporučenému postupu sestavení. V teoretické části je dále popsáno sociální podnikání a sociální podnik. Metodika práce se věnuje technikám situační analýzy, použitým v části praktické. Hlavní náplň diplomové práce spočívá v sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení sociálního podniku SPD – Sociální podnik Diablo s.r.o., poskytující úklidové a zahradnické služby. V této části je proveden základní průzkum trhu, včetně definice tržního potenciálu, PESTLE analýzy, analýzy konkurenčního prostředí využitím Porterova modelu pěti sil a celkového zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí využitím matice SWOT. Praktická realizovatelnost plánu je posléze ověřena konstrukcí finančního plánu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on a composition of the business plan, which serves as basis for establishing a social enterprise. The thesis forms part of the theoretical, the methodology of the work and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the structure of the business plan, its significance and the recommended procedure of compilation. In the theoretical part is also described social enterprise and social enterprise. The methodology of the thesis deals with the situational analysis techniques used in the practical part. The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan for the establishment of the social enterprise SPD - Social Enterprise Diablo s.r.o., providing cleaning and gardening services. In this section, a basic market survey, including market potential definition, PESTLE analysis, competitive environment analysis, using the Porter Five Power Model and an overall business environment assessment using the SWOT matrix is conducted. The practical feasibility of the plan is verified by financial plan. |
