| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje veganství, které je v současné době rozmáhající se styl života a stravování. Cílem práce je na základě sociologického výzkumu zjistit postoje a motivy k veganské stravě, dále zjistit motivy, které vedou vegany i nevegany k návštěvě veganských stravovacích zařízení a zjištění spokojenosti s jejich počtem i standardem. Práce je zaměřena na území Prahy, kde se aktuálně nachází nejvyšší počet veganských stravovacích zařízení v Česku. Teoretická část práce představuje základní charakteristiku veganství, jeho podstatu a je představenu v kontextu pohostinství a gastronomie. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumu, které jsou následně zhodnoceny a doplněny o doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is devoted to veganism which is currently an expanding lifestyle and diet. The aim of the thesis is to find out attitudes and motives for vegan diet based on sociological research, to find out the motives that lead vegans and non-vegans to visit vegan restaurants and to evaluate their satisfaction with the amount and standard of vegan restaurants. This work is focused on the territory of Prague where the highest number of vegan restaurants in the Czech Republic is currently located. The theoretical part of the thesis gives an overview of the basic characteristics of veganism, its definition and also the context of veganism with hospitality and gastronomy is introduced. The practical part presents results of the research which are subsequently evaluated and supplemented with recommendations. |
