| Abstract: | Cieľom diplomovej práce je vypracovanie podnikateľského plánu na založenie nového ženského časopisu. Diplomová práca zahrňuje styri základné časti, a to úvod, teoreticko-metodologickú časť, praktickú časť a záver. Na začiatku je predstavenú úloha podnikateľského plánu v procese tvorby nového produktu. Zaoberá sa okrem jeho podstaty aj formou a štruktúrou a podrobne sú popísané jeho jednotlivé časti. Praktická časť spočíva v zostavení podnikatelského plánu pre založenie časopisu. Prevedená je základná analýza trhu pomocou PEST analýzy, analýza konkurenčního prostredia využitím Porterovho modelu piatich síl. Zhodnotenie projektu využíva SWOT analýzu a What – if analýzu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on a composition of the business plan for a comapny published a new magazine for the women. The thesis is consisted of four main parts, an introduction, part theoretical – methodological part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical-methodological part is to explain the role, importance, structure and recommended process of designing business plans. It also contains description of the tools of chosen analysis, which are used in the practical part. The practical part of the thesis is to draw up the business plan of a new magazine for the women. In this part are made PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis to understand the business enviroment and the market. In SWOT analysis and What – if analysis evaluate the new project. |
