| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení možností a potenciálu provozovny fairtradové kavárny v Plzni. Diplomová práce se též zabývá zjištěním povědomí o myšlence fair trade ve zmíněné lokalitě. Součástí kvalifikační práce je analýza procesu zajištění pohledávek vzniklých obchodováním v rámci mezinárodního trhu s certifikovanými produkty Fairtrade®. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První z nich se zabývá teoretickými poznatky a uvádí dané téma do souvislosti s výzkumnými cíly práce. V druhé polovině práce je proveden výzkum v kombinaci kvantitativní metody formou dotazníkového šetření a metody kvalitativní za pomoci rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výstupy včetně doporučení týkající se řešených otázek fair trade. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the diploma thesis is evaluation of posibility and potenciality of the fairtrade café in Pilsen. The diploma thesis also applies to find out knowledge about the fair trade idea in this location. The part of the thesis analyzes the security debt's process during international trade with certified Fairtrade® products. This thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one describes theoretical anchoring of the topic in the context of research aims. The second part introduces the research in combination of quantitative methods through a questionnaire survey and qualitative method through an interviewing with selected respondents. The summarized resulting outputs and recommendations on the issues of fair trade are in the end. |
