| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se bude skládat z kapitol, které budou přibližovat situaci na trhu práce v České republice a Velké Británii. Ve své práci si kladu za cíl popsat fungování vybraných trhů práce včetně analýzy základních ukazatelů prostřednictvím kterých je trh monitorován. V práci jsem pracovala s informacemi, které již byly zjištěny v předchozích studiích a šetřeních, ale i s takovými, které zde v České republice nejsou běžně dostupné. Dílčím cílem mé práce bude provedení analýzy dat o pracovní migraci a zjištění její hlavní příčiny. Dále stanovím možné dopady odchodu Velké Británie z Evropské unie na Českou republiku. Pro dosažení dílčích cílů jsem využila celou řadu průzkumů a provedla analýzu datových řad. |

| Abstract: | This thesis will consist of chapters that will approach the labor market situation in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The goal of my thesis is to describe the functioning of selected labor markets, including the analysis of basic indicators through which the market is monitored. In thesis are used information which are already found in previous studies and surveys, but also with those that are not normally available in the Czech Republic. The partial aim of my work will be the analysis of data on labor migration and its main cause. I will also outline the possible implications of the departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union to the Czech Republic. To achieve the partial goals, I have used a wide range of surveys and analyzed data series. |
