| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je svým empirickým výzkumem zaměřena na zjištění současné situace v oblasti nabídky a poptávky po aktivitách v celoživotním vzdělávání pedagogů základních a středních škol na území Místní akční skupiny Česká Kanada. Teoretická část práce se věnuje legislativnímu vymezení v oblasti rozvoje celoživotních vzdělávacích aktivit pro pedagogy a vysvětluje základní pojmy spojené s celoživotním vzděláváním pedagogů. V praktické části práce je proveden průzkum poptávky ze strany pedagogů po vzdělávacích aktivitách prostřednictvím dvou metod dotazování. Zjištěné údaje jsou porovnány s aktuální nabídkou vzdělávacích aktivit dostupnou v rámci Jihočeského kraje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis due to its empiric research is oriented at the evaluation of current state of supply and demand in activities connected to lifelong education of teachers of primary and secondary schools situated in the area of Místní akční skupina Česká Kanada. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the legislative definition in the area of development of lifelong educational activities for teachers and explains the key concepts connected to the lifelong education of teachers. In the practical part of the thesis the execution of the research of teachers' demands for educational activities takes place utilizing two separate methods of gatherng responses. The collected information is then compared to the current supply of educational activities available in the South Bohemian Region. |
