| Abstract: | Má diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rozhodovacích procesů zemědělské společnosti Eurofarms s.r.o. Konkrétně rozhodování o prodejích třech klíčových komodit. Pšenice ozimé, ječmene jarního a řepky olejky. Porovnává dosažené prodejní ceny s reálným průběhem trhu. Analýza těchto procesů vychází ze základních teoretických předpokladů teorie rozhodování. Jelikož společnost nemá dostatečné skladové kapacity pro uskladnění kompletní produkce, práce také hodnotí rentabilitu projektu rozšíření skladových kapacit a jejich inovace. Hodnocení investice je prováděno pomocí ukazatele čisté současné hodnoty a vnitřního výnosového procenta. |

| Abstract: | My master's thesis deals with the analysis of the decision-making processes of the agricultural company Eurofarms s.r.o. Specifically, decisions on sales of three key commodities. Winter wheat, spring barley and rapeseed oil. It compares the sales prices achieved with the real market. The analysis of these processes is based on the basic theoretical assumptions of decision theory. Since the company does not have sufficient storage capacity to store complete production, the work also evaluates the cost-effectiveness of the project to expand warehouse capacities and to innovate them. The investment is valued using the net present value and the internal rate of return. |
