| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza aktuálního stavu vzdělávacího systému ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část se věnuje odborné definici pojmu podnikové vzdělávání a vymezení jeho náplně. Navazující praktická část se zabývá výzkumem ve vybrané firmě, popisuje aktuální stav vzdělávacího systému zjištěný obsahovou analýzou strategických dokumentů a vyhodnocuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Zjištěné skutečnosti na konci práce shrnuje SWOT analýza, na jejímž závěru jsou navržena optimalizační řešení současné situace vzdělávacího systému. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current condition of the educational system in the selected company. The theoretical part deals with the professional definition of the concept of corporate education and the definition of its content. The following practical part deals with research in selected company, describes the current status of the educational system ascertained by the content analysis of strategic documents and evaluates the results of the questionnaire survey among the employees. The findings are summarized in the SWOT analysis at the end of which the optimization solution of the current situation of the education system is proposed. |
