| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou genderové nerovnosti v managementu současného podnikatelského prostředí v České republice, a to s primárním zaměřením na postavení úspěšných manažerek ve vedení velkých českých nebo mezinárodních společností působících na českém trhu. Teoretický základ diplomové práce je zaměřen na analýzu problematiky managementu a genderu, seznámení se sociální podmíněností i historickým vývojem. Metodická část a vlastní výzkum jsou věnovány konkrétním ženám-manažerkám působícím na vysokých postech v českém podnikatelském prostředí. Formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů je provedena analýza situace, se kterou se musely úspěšné ženy v managementu v průběhu své kariéry vyrovnávat, a jsou nastíněny problémy, kterým musely čelit. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of my diploma thesis is to introduce the reader to the issues of gender inequality in the management which appears in current business environment in the Czech Republic. The primary focus is on positions of successful women-managers in the top management of large Czech or international companies operating on the Czech market. The theoretical background of the diploma thesis is analysing gender topic and management in general and describes the social conditionality and historical development. Own research is devoted to concrete women-managers working in top positions in the Czech business environment. An analyses of the situations these successful women went through during their careers was conducted through semistructured interviews and further are outlined the problems they faced. |
