| Abstract: | Diplomová práce má za cíl vyčíslit výši přímých a nepřímých administrativních nákladů výběru zdravotního pojištění u zdravotních pojišťoven a skupiny daňových poplatníků. V úvodní kapitole je proveden teoretický rozbor dané problematiky s důrazem na administrativní náklady, fondové financování a jednotní inkasní místo. Následující část práce analyzuje příjmy a výdaje systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění a přímé administrativní náklady zdravotních pojišťoven. V závěrečné části jsou na základě dotazníkového šetření vyčísleny nepřímé administrativní náklady skupin daňových subjektů, kteří odpověděli na otázky v dotazníku. |

| Abstract: | This master's thesis aims at quantification of direct and indirect administrative costs associated with selected types of health insurance and group of taxpayers. The theoretical analysis of the given issue is conducted in the introductory chapter of the thesis, focusing on administrative costs, fund financing and a single collection point. In the following part of the thesis an analysis of incomes and expenditures of the public health insurance system is provided as well as the direct administrative costs of health insurance companies. The final part contains quantification of indirect administrative costs of groups of tax subjects who answered questions in the conducted survey. |
