| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku možností financování dlouhodobého majetku spolu s konkrétní modelovou situací v automobilové společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a. s. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V metodologické části analyzuji možnosti financování majetku dle druhu leasingu a úvěru. Dále uvádím i vývoj českého trhu leasingu a úvěru dle České leasingové a finanční asociace. V praktické části se již zabývám konkrétním příkladem rozhodování mezi operativním leasingem a úvěrem při financování transportní a manipulační techniky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on financing options for fixed assets together with the specific model situation in the car company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the methodological part I analyze the possibility of financing assets by type of leasing and loan. Further I mention the development of the Czech leasing and loaning market and credit under the Czech Leasing and Financial Association. In the practical part I am dealing with a concrete example of deciding between operating leasing and loans for the financing of transport and handling equipment. |
