| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění distribučních práv společnosti Remy Cointreau spojených s portfoliem Gruppo Campari. Pro ocenění je zvolen výnosový přístup a metoda DCF equity. Podpůrnou metodou je výnosová metoda založená na bázi ztraceného zisku. Práce se zabývá představením společnosti a předmětu ocenění, specifikaci nehmotného aktiva. Základem pro ocenění je finanční analýza a strategická analýza, které vedou k predikci finančního plánu. Finanční plán je podkladem pro závěrečné ocenění distribučních práv pomocí hlavní metody. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is to valuate the distribution rights of the company Remy Cointreau connected with Gruppo Campari portfolio. For the valuation is chosen income approach and DCF equity method. Supporting method is based on basis of lost profit. The thesis describes the company and focuses on the subject of the valuation, as well as specification of the intangible asset. The basis for the valuation is the financial analysis and strategic analysis, which leads to the prediction for the financial plan. The financial plan is the foundation for the final valuation of distribution rights using the primary method. |
