| Abstract: | Tato práce je kombinací dvou disciplín – účetnictví a oceňování podniku. Právě zveřejněné účetní závěrky, přílohy v účetních závěrkách a výroční zprávy společnosti jsou totiž zejména pro externího oceňovatele základním zdrojem informací vstupujících do oceňování. Účetní data vstupující do ocenění mají na výsledek ocenění výrazný vliv a bez potřebných úprav a interpretace v kontextu konkrétní společnosti nejsou pouze účetní data převzatá z výkazů přesným zdrojem informací. Cílem práce je poukázat na problémové oblasti a navrhnout možná řešení a zhodnotit dopad těchto úprav. Teorie je doplněna komplexním příkladem s konkrétními návrhy postupů a číselným řešením. |

| Abstract: | This work is a combination of two disciplines - accounting and business valuation. Published financial statements and reports of the company are the primary source of information entering the valuation, especially for the external valuator. Used accounting data have a significant impact on the outcome of the valuation, and without the necessary adjustments and interpretations in the context of a specific company, only accounting data taken from statements is not an accurate source of information. The aim of the thesis is to point out problematic areas, to propose possible solutions and to evaluate the impact of these modifications. The theory is complemented by a comprehensive example of specific process suggestions with numerical solutions. |
