| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociální ekonomiky a neziskového sektoru v kontextu jeho role v lokálním rozvoji. Centrem zájmu jsou nestátní neziskové organizace věnující se oblasti sociálních služeb. U vybraných měst je za pomoci dotazníkového šetření identifikováno, jak funguje jejich spolupráce s neziskovými organizacemi. Podobné šetření je provedeno u samotných organizací působících v regionu. Ze závěrů práce vyplývá, že neziskové organizace pozitivně přispívají k lokálnímu rozvoji města a jsou jeho neodmyslitelnou součástí, přičemž dokáží vnést do společných projektů nové přístupy. Práce dále představuje konkrétní projekt, založený na spolupráci města a neziskových organizací a přináší doporučení a návrhy opatření, jak do příště zvýšit a lépe měřit jeho efektivnost. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of social economy and non-profit sector in the context of its role in local development. Center of interest are non-governmental non-profit organizations dealing with social services. For selected cities, a questionnaire survey identifies how their cooperation works with non-profit organizations. Similar investigations are carried out with the organizations operating in the region themselves. The conclusions of the work show that non-profit organizations positively contribute to the local development of the city and are an integral part of it, bringing new approaches to joint projects. This work also presents a concrete project based on cooperation between the city and non-profit organizations and provides recommendations and suggestions on how to increase and better measure its effectiveness in the future. |
