| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá simulací výrobní linky panelů. Jejím cílem je analýza stávající situace výrobní linky, případně identifikace slabých míst doplněná o návrh zlepšení situace. Práce se bude také věnovat změnám, které mohou být zavedeny po případném rozšíření výroby. K vytvoření simulačního modelu bude použit program SIMUL8. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž první tři kapitoly jsou řazeny do teoretické části a poslední čtvrtá do části praktické. Kapitola první si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s teoretickými základy simulačních modelů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje popisu softwaru použitého k tvorbě simulačního modelu, SIMUL8. Třetí kapitola se zabývá popisem samotné společnosti a poslední čtvrtá kapitola pak tvorbou simulačního modelu dle jednotlivých fází simulačního projektu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the simulation of the panel production line. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation of the production line or to identify the weak points, supplemented by a proposal for improvement of the situation. The thesis will also deal with changes that can be introduced after a possible extension of the production To create of a simulation model will be used SIMUL8. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, the first three chapters are in the theoretical part and the fourth part in practical part. The first chapter aims to introduce the reader to the theoretical foundations of simulation models. The second chapter deals with the description of the software used to create a simulation model, SIMUL8. The third chapter deals with the description of the company itself and the last chapter deals with the creation of the simulation model according to the phases of the simulation project. |
