| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení a srovnání vývoje migrace Rusů do Hlavního města Prahy a Karlovarského kraje v letech 1993–2016 a následné začlenění těchto migrantů na český pracovní trh. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se bude především zabývat souvislostmi mezi migrací a ekonomií a mezi migrací a regionálním vývojem. Dále je zaměřena na teoretická východiska a vývoj české legislativy v oblasti migrace. Praktická část se bude zabývat analýzou kvantitativních dat spojených s ruskými migranty a jejich ekonomickou činností. Emigrační pohyb z Ruska se odehrával na území České republiky již po skončení 1. světové války, kdy byla založena tzv. ruská akce, ale migrace Rusů probíhá i nadále s předpokladem, že tento trend bude přetrvávat. Téma migrace má ve vysílající i přijímací zemi ekonomické, politické a sociální dopady. Často se v přijímací zemi nahlíží na migranty skepticky a s pohledem beroucí místním obyvatelům práci. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to analyze and compare the migration of the Russians to the Capital City of Prague and the Karlovy Vary Region and to determine the impact of Russian migration in the Czech labor market. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical background and development of the Czech legislation. The practical part deals with the analysis of quantitative data related to Russian migrants and their economic activities. The emigration movement from Russia took place in the territory of the Czech Republic after the end of World War I, when the so-called Russian action was established. However, Russian migration continues and this trend seem to persist. The topic of migration has economic, political and social impacts in both the sending and the receiving countries. Often, in the receiving country, migrants are viewed skeptically and with the stereotype that they may take over the jobs of the local people |
