| Abstract: | Cílem práce je provést analýzu využívání alternativních pracovních úvazků v České republice v porovnání s Nizozemskem a Švédskem a nalezení vztahu mezi těmito úvazky a plodností pomocí shlukové analýzy napříč členskými státy Evropské unie. Teoretická část se zabývá genderovými přístupy k harmonizaci práce a rodiny z hlediska dělby práce v péči o rodinu a podle postavení žen a mužů na pracovním trhu. Jsou zde také popsány jednotlivé formy alternativních úvazků, jejich výhody, nevýhody a právní úprava ve vybraných státech. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu využití těchto úvazků, a to z obecného hlediska, podle složení domácnosti, věku nejmladšího dítěte a počtu dětí v domácnosti. Dále je zde provedena shluková analýza a zhodnocen vztah mezi alternativními pracovními úvazky a dvěma ukazateli plodnosti – úhrnnou plodností a konečnou plodností dané generace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse the usage of alternative working hours in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Sweden and to find relationship between these working hours and fertility by using cluster analysis for all member states of European Union. The theoretical part of thesis focuses gender approach to work-life balance from the point of view of division of labour in family care and to position of women and men in the labour market. There are also described types of alternative working hours, their advantages, disadvantages and legislation in the selected countries. The practical part focuses on analysing of usage of these working hours in general, according to household composition, age of the youngest child and number of children in household. There is also included cluster analysis and evaluation of relationship among alternative working hours and two types of fertility indicators – total fertility rate and completed cohort fertility. |
