| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se týká analýzy a komparace základních historických úprav ústavních soudů v roce 1920, 1968, 1991 a 1993. Přínos této práce spočívá ve vytvoření komplexního přehledu historických úprav ústavního soudnictví na našem území od roku 1918. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zodpovězení otázky, zda je současná právní úprava ústavního soudnictví na dostačující úrovní, a to právě s ohledem na její historický vývoj. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the basic historical adjustments of the constitutional courts in 1920, 1968, 1991 and 1993. The contribution of this thesis is based on creating a coherent summary of historical adjustment of constitutional jurisprudence from 1918. The main purpose of this thesis was to answer the question, whether the actual legislation can be considered as sufficient, especially according to its historical progression. |
