| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a komparací zdanění příjmů mezi Českou republikou a Itálií. V teoretické části je analyzován a popsán italský daňový systém zdanění fyzických a právnických osob a jsou porovnány odlišnosti a podobnosti ve zdanění příjmů mezi porovnávanými zeměmi. Praktická část obsahuje výpočet daňové povinnosti modelových fyzických a právnických osob a pro účely mezinárodního srovnání je vypočtena efektivní daňová sazba. V diplomové práci je použita převážně metoda analýzy a komparace. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of income taxation in the Czech Republic and Italy. In the theoretical part the Italian personal and corporate income taxation system was analysed and described with differences and similarities in taxation methods being compared among selected countries. The practical part contains calculation of a tax liability of natural and legal entities, and the effective tax rate is calculated as well for the purpose of international comparison. In the master thesis, the method of analysis and comparison were mainly used. |
