| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje mezd a platů v Jihočeském kraji. Vychází z datInformačního systému o průměrném výdělku mezi roky 2011 až 2016. Bude zkoumán vývojz pohledu třídy zaměstnání, průměrné měsíční odpracované a neodpracované doby, věkovýchintervalů, pohlaví a vzdělání. Pomocí vybraných statistických metod bude proveden odhadmzdy a platu na rok 2017. Je očekáván nárůst průměrné mzdy na 26 840 Kč a průměrného platuna 29 464 Kč. Nejvyšší nárůst průměrné mzdy (meziročně o 2 493 Kč) i platu (meziročněo 1 312 Kč) byl u řídících pracovníků. V platové sféře je průměrná odpracovaná doba nižší nežve mzdové sféře. Byl pozorován vysoký rozdíl mezd o 22,4 % mezi muži a ženami. Mzda rostlanejrychleji lidem se středním vzděláním bez maturity (o 725 Kč), plat u lidí se střednímvzděláním s maturitou (o 821 Kč). Součástí práce je teoretické vymezení pojmů mzda a platspolu se základním dělením. Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnutí přehledu o mzdách a platechekonomicky aktivních osob v Jihočeském kraji. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analysis the development of wages and salaries in South BohemianRegion. It works on data of Average earnings information system between 2011 and 2016. Thedevelopment will be researched from the point of view of employment class, average monthlyworked and unworked hours, age intervals, gender and education. With the help of specificstatistical methods, an estimation of wage and salary for 2017 will be executed. An increaseof mean wage to 26 840 CZK and mean salary to 29 464 CZK is expected. Highest averagesalary (year on year by 2 493 CZK) or wage (year on year by 1 312 CZK) increase has beenobserved at managing workers. In the salary sphere is the gross monthly worked period lowerthan in the wage sphere. A large difference between wages of men and women (22,4 %) hasbeen observed. The highest wage increase had people with high school without diploma(by 725 CZK), the highest salary increase had people with high school with diploma(by 821 CZK). Part of the thesis will be dedicated to definition of terms wage and salary withbasic division. The aim of the bachelor thesis is providing the summary of wages and salariesof economically active persons in South Bohemian Region. |
