| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem vnitrostátních fúzí u vybraných obchodních společností na jejich ekonomickou situaci, které byly realizovány v letech 2011 až 2013. V první části diplomové práce jsou vymezeny základní informace týkající se fúzí, jako je například členění fúzí, motivy k uskutečnění fúze, samotný proces realizace fúze nebo obchodněprávní a účetní úprava fúzí. Ve druhé části práce je vedle základních konceptů oceňování ve finančním účetnictví rozebráno také oceňování jmění při fúzích, včetně vymezení pojmů, jako je goodwill, oceňovací rozdíl k nabytému majetku nebo odložená daň. V poslední kapitole je uskutečněna finanční analýza vlivu fúze na ekonomickou situaci nástupnické společnosti, kde jsou dále popsány její zdroje, metody a samotné výsledy analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the influence of domestic mergers of selected business corporations on their economic situation that were realized from 2011 to 2013. In the first part of the thesis there is basic information related to mergers such as division of mergers, motives for mergers and the entire process of mergers or commercial and accounting laws. In the second part of the diploma thesis, besides the basic concepts of valuations in financial accounting, the valuation of assets in mergers including the definitions of terms such as goodwill, valuation difference to acquired assets or deferred tax are also analysed. In the last chapter, there is the financial analysis regarding the influence of mergers on their economic situation of a newly- merged company. Its sources, methods and final results of the analysis are also described there. |
