| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění tržní hodnoty společnosti Metrostav a.s. k 1. 1. 2017. Oceňovaná společnost je v současné době největší univerzální stavební společností v České republice. V práci bude provedena finanční a strategická analýza, stanoveny generátory hodnoty, na jejichž základě bude sestaven finanční plán, který dále poslouží pro výsledné výnosové ocenění společnosti. Hodnota společnosti bude stanovena na základě výnosové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků ve variantě Equity a metody tržního porovnání v podobě metody odvětvových multiplikátorů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to determinate the market value of the company Metrostav a.s. as of 1st January 2017. The evaluated company is the largest universal construction company in the Czech republic. The financial and strategic analysis will be performed, the generators of value will be set. The financial plan will be drawn up based on the financial and strategic analysis and the value generators. The value of the company will be determined based on the discounted cash flow method of the Equity option and the market comparison method in the form of the sector multiplier method. |
