| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je úpadek dlužníka ve smyslu insolvenčního zákona a jeho vliv na finanční účetnictví. Práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní řešení úpadku, a to formou reorganizace, její účetní řešení a způsoby ukončení reorganizačních procesů. Významná část práce je věnována prezentaci provedeného průzkumu proběhlých reorganizací na základě veřejně dostupných informací zveřejněných v Insolvenčním rejstříku. |

| Abstract: | The main theme of the diploma thesis is bankruptcy of a debtor in the sense of the insolvency law in Czech Republic and its influence on financial accounting. The thesis focuses on a specific solution of bankruptcy - reorganization, accounting solution of reorganization process and method of terminating reorganization processes. A significant part of the thesis is devoted to the presentation of a survey of realized reorganizations which is based on publicly available information published in the Insolvency register. |
