| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rozpočtů 10 vybraných obcí. Data za roky 2001 až 2016 byla získávána z databáze ARIS a z Monitoru státní pokladny. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy příjmy obcí a daňové příjmy obcí, zabývá se podstatou nároku obcí na daňové příjmy a strategiemi uplatňovanými proti negativnímu dopadu hospodářské krize. V následující části práce je detailně analyzována vybraná obec Trmice a její rozpočet za období 2001 až 2016. Třetí kapitola představuje navržené indikátory, na základě kterých bude možné potvrdit či vyvrátit negativní vliv hospodářské krize na vybrané obce. Následně jsou vybrané indikátory aplikovány na 9 vybraných obcí z Ústeckého kraje. Indikátor týkající se daňových příjmů je aplikován na každou jednotlivou obec zvlášť, v případě ostatních indikátorů je provedeno souhrnné porovnání dat a zjištění jejich průměrné hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with analysis of budgets of 10 selected municipalities. The data for the years 2001 to 2016 were collected from the ARIS database and from the Treasury Monitor. The first chapter defines the basic concepts of municipal income and tax revenues of municipalities and deals with the essence of municipalities' tax receipts and strategies applied against the negative impact of the Depression. The following part of the thesis analyzes in detail the selected municipality of Trmice and its budget for the period 2001 to 2016. The third chapter presents proposed indicators, which will allow to confirm or refute the negative impact of the Depression on selected municipalities. Subsequently, selected indicators are applied to 9 selected municipalities in the Ústí nad Labem Region. The tax revenue indicator is applied to each individual municipality separately, and in the case of other indicators, the aggregate comparison of the data and the determination of the average value are made. |
