| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na legislativní úpravu ústavního institutu omilostnění, zejména na komparaci jednotlivých koncepcí na našem území od roku 1918 až po současnost. Práce dochází k závěru, že současná koncepce institutu omilostnění není vyhovující a přiklání se k ústavnímu zakotvení tohoto institutu v období první republiky. I přes existenci poměrně důsledného institutu podmíněného propuštění je však pro zachování institutu omilostnění s určitými návrhy na změnu. |

| Abstract: | Thesis focuses on the legislative modification of the constitutional institute of pardoning, especially on the comparison of particular conceptions on our territory from 1918 up to the present. The thesis comes to the conclusion that the current conception is inadequate and is inclined to towards the constitution conception of this institute which was valid during First Republic. Despite the existence of a quite consistent institute of conditional release the thesis defends preservation of the institute of pardoning with some suggestions for changes. |
