| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na rozdíly v odvětvové struktuře umístěných PZI v jednotlivých krajích České republiky, které by mohly přispět k vysvětlení odlišného ekonomického růstu sledovaných krajů s dopadem na vývoj celé republiky. První kapitola se věnuje teorii PZI, mezinárodnímu investičnímu právu a investičním pobídkám v ČR. Druhá kapitola analyzuje vývoj PZI v ČR v rámci platební bilance, teritoriální a odvětvové struktury. Poslední kapitola předkládá výsledky průřezové analýzy a analýzy časových řad vybraných ukazatelů na úrovni krajů ČR. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the differences in the sectoral structure of FDI placed in regions of the Czech Republic, which could contribute to explain the different economic growth of the regions with the impact on the Czech Republic's development. The first chapter presents the FDI theory, the international investment law and the investment incentives in the Czech Republic. The second chapter analyzes the development of FDI in the Czech Republic in terms of the balance of payments, the territorial and the sectoral structure of FDI. The last chapter presents the results of the cross-sectional analysis and the analysis of the time series of selected indicators at the level of the regions of the Czech Republic. |
