| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřená na redistribuci bohatství v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzování redistribučního efektu důchodového pojištění v České republice z pohledu zaměstnance (fiktivního jedince) v rámci celoživotního cyklu. Jedná se o modelování celoživotních příjmů, pojistného (i za předpokladu dlouhodobého přesunu) a celoživotního důchodu, dále se jedná o zhodnocení míry redistribuce na základě dat z informačního systému o průměrném výdělku (ISPV) a dat ČSÚ. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the redistribution of wealth in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the redistribution effect of pension insurance in the Czech Republic from the point of view of an employee (a fictitious individual) during his whole life cycle. In the thesis were modeling employee’s lifetime earnings, premiums (even long-term transfer) and lifetime retirement from the pension system. In the diploma thesis is described an evaluation of the redistribution, which rate is based on data from The Average Earnings Information System (ISPV) and The Czech Statistical Office (CZSO). |
