| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění souladu či nesouladu získaných kompetencí během studia na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze v porovnání s požadavky pra-covního trhu. Svým výzkumem chce diplomová práce poukázat na konkrétní vysokoškolské vzdělávání ovlivněné 4. průmyslovou revolucí. Šetření bude prováděno z primárních kvantitativních dat při spolupráci s Centrem digitální transformace působícího v rámci Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Teoretická část práce bude seznamovat především s pojmy 4. průmyslové revoluce, která vychází z automatizace, robotizace a digitalizace. Stěžejním bude provedené vyhodnocení získaných kompetencí během studia a jejich uplatnění na současném trhu práce. Závěr předložené diplomové práce bude diskutovat možné změny ve výuce na VŠE v Praze. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this diploma thesis is to find out the concordance or discrepancy in graduate competencies, which are needed at the work market, while studying at the University of Economics. This diploma thesis will point out factual requirements needed in education at The University under the impact of 4th industrial revolution. The research will be based on the primary quantitated data in cooperation with Center of Digital Transformation at The University. In the theoretical part there will be described the 4th industrial revolution, which mainly consists of automatization, robotization and digitalization. Essential will be the comparison of gained competencies during the studies and those needed nowadays at the work market. The final outcome of the whole thesis will be suggestions for possible changes in education at The University of Economics in Prague. |
