| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním trendem kvantitativního uvolňování jako nekonvenčním nástrojem měnové politiky, který v některých ekonomikách doplnil její konvenční nástroje poté, co se vyčerpal jejich potenciál v požadované míře dále uvolňovat měnové podmínky. Práce je věnována redistributivním dopadům tohoto nástroje, které jsou doprovodným efektem jeho použití a nejsou prozatím v současné ekonomické diskusi hlavním tématem. Práce zasazuje kvantitativní uvolňování do obecného kontextu měnové politiky a na těchto základech vysvětluje jednotlivé redistribuční kanály, které mohou vést k redistribuci bohatství v ekonomikách, kde je tento nástroj aplikován. Tyto kanály jsou následně analyzovány ve dvou konkrétních ekonomikách, kterými jsou ekonomika Spojených států Amerických a Spojeného království. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the current trend of quantitative easing as an unconventional monetary policy instrument, which in some economies has supplemented its conventional instruments after the potential of conventional monetary instruments to further ease monetary conditions to the required extent had been exhausted. The work is dedicated to the redistributive effects of this instrument, which are the side effects of its use and are not yet the main topic in the current economic debate. The thesis presents quantitative easing in the general context of monetary policy and in this context explains the specific redistribution channels that can lead to the redistribution of wealth in the economies where the instrument is applied. These channels are then analyzed in two specific economies, namely the economies of the United States and the United Kingdom. |
