| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce na téma „Veřejná podpora sportu“ pojednává o celkové struktuře a nástrojích financování sportu v České republice, podrobněji se zaměřuje na finanční zdroje sportu v Jihočeském kraji. Cílem práce je nejprve přiblížit financování sportu v České republice, popsat současnou situaci sportu v ČR, jeho financování v průběhu let a význam pro obyvatelstvo. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat nástroje přispívající na tělovýchovu v Jihočeském kraji. Podrobněji jsou rozebrány finanční zdroje od Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, Jihočeského kraje, jednotlivých měst a obcí, z Evropské unie a z dotačních programů MŠMT, Jihočeského kraje a okresních měst.Bylo zjištěno, že celková skladba financování sportu je vícezdrojová a velmi složitá. Dále lze říct, že finanční podpora rok od roku od všech orgánů roste. V případě Jihočeského kraje bylo dokázáno, že koncepce rozvoje sportu vychází ze zastaralých a neaktuálních informací. Největším podílem přispívají jednotlivé obce, jejichž příspěvek míří z největší části na běžné výdaje nebo údržbu sportovního vybavení. Druhým největším sponzorem jsou příspěvky od EU. Tyto prostředky jsou určeny na nejrůznější projekty po celém kraji. Důležitou roli nyní hrají dotační programy měst, jejichž podpora je každoročně vyšší. Podpora od MŠMT je velmi nejasná a netransparentní. I přes velkou snahu byl zjištěn pouze celkový příspěvek za roky 2015 a 2016. Ostatní informace nebylo možné zjistit. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis on the topic “Public support of sport” addresses the overall structure and instruments of sport funding in the Czech Republic, and focuses in greater detail on the sport funding sources in the South Bohemian Region. The thesis aims to outline sport funding in the Czech Republic, describe the current situation of sports in the Czech Republic, their funding over the years and significance for the population. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to give insight on the instruments providing financial support for sports in the South Bohemian Region. The thesis examines in greater detail the financial sources coming from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT), South Bohemian Region, various towns and municipalities, European Union, and the subsidy schemes of MŠMT, South Bohemian Region and district towns.It has been found out that the overall structure of sport funding has multiple sources and is very complicated. It can also be stated that the financial support from all the authorities has been growing year after year. As for the South Bohemian Region, it has been proven that the sport development policy is based on out-of-date information. The greatest contributions are provided by individual municipalities and are mostly intended to cover routine expenditures or maintenance of sport equipment. The second greatest sponsor is the EU. The EU contributions are provided for various projects throughout the region. An important role has currently been played by the subsidy schemes of towns, and the support from them gets higher every year. The support from MŠMT is very unclear and non-transparent. Despite great efforts, only the overall contributions for 2015 and 2016 were ascertained. Further information could not be obtained. |
