| Abstract: | Cílem práce je navrhnout vícerozměrný systém měření a řízení výkonnosti pro společnost Zeelandia, s.r.o. Práce se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, metody a vymezena problematika koncepce Balanced Scorecard na základě odborné literatury a dalších elektronických zdrojů. Znalosti popsané v teoretické části jsou následně aplikovány pro konkrétní návrh Balanced Scorecard pro společnost Zeelandia, s.r.o. Jako informační podklad k tomuto návrhu je vypracován profil firmy, který popisuje její fungování z různých hledisek, SWOT analýza, a strategická mapa. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to prepare multi-criteria performance measurement model for Zeelandia, s.r.o. The thesis consists of two parts – theory and application. In the theoretical part are defined basic concepts, methods and the Balanced Scorecard model based on specialized literature and other electronical sources. The knowledge described in the theoretical part is then applied to a specific Balanced Scorecard design for Zeelandia, s.r.o. The company's profile, which describes its functioning from different perspectives, SWOT analysis, and a strategic map, is developed as an information base for this design. |
