| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analýza stávajícího stavu systému reportů uvnitř podniku poskytujícího poradenské služby. Zhodnocení je provedeno na základě poznatků z odborné literatury, která se touto částí controllingu zabývá. Druhým cílem práce je nastavení nového systému reportů, který splňuje očekávání vedoucích pracovníků společnosti a je možné jej do společnosti implementovat. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is analysis of current condition of system of reports inside a firm providing advisory services. Evaluation is based on knowledge obtained from professional literature, which deals with this part of controlling. Another goal of this thesis is to set new system of reports, which fulfils all the expectations and requirements of manager and that would be possible to implement it in the firm. |
